What I did notice when I was in the properties box under compatibility there wasn't an option for windows 10, it was running a compatibility check on windows 8. I then ran it for Mozilla Firefox and it was the same, windows 8. The troubleshooter found no problems but I uninstalled Mozilla and reinstalled it. rebooted my computer.
