WhatsApp: +86 18221755073That looks cool Kevo. I will try that out. I tend to loose string dampers frequently due to the way I hit with pace and topspin. String dampers will always pop right out and end up loosing them. The rubberband dampers stay on more securely. I'll give your method a try to see if it will pop out compared to the traditional rubberband damper method.

They did a Sports Illustrated piece on him, and in that piece they showed his first Donnay Pro One with the rubberband. I've NEVER shyed away since. And I'm constantly promoting it that it works just as well as any other vibration dampener. I love it!

WhatsApp: +86 18221755073But it turns out that they are vibration dampeners, and they're quite useful. This small accessory attached to the tennis racquet reduces the load on the arm. The high speed of the tennis ball creates a lot of high frequency vibrations and noise when it strikes the racquet. A dampener reduces this vibration and sound.

WhatsApp: +86 18221755073The purpose of a vibration dampener is to reduce the shock during contact caused by the tennis ball hitting the racquet strings. WhatsApp: +86 18221755073Anyone else out there like to use a rubberband? I'm not really into exspensive vibration dampeners. Some are easily lost or they break (like the Gamma worms). WhatsApp: +86 18221755073On my Youtek Prestige Pro, I use 1 very small rubberband (1.5mm thick unstretched), and it stops all pinging and vibration but still gives me tons of feel. If i put something like the Gamma shockbuster on that racquet, it's too much and I loose the feel.
