RIB & RUMP is Knysna’s speciality steak & rib restaurant. The quality, grade and type of beef we serve sets us apart. Our beef is AAA grade Beefmaster, Spartan or Karan. It is fully matured, aged to perfection and cut and trimmed in-house. Once tasted, our steak and baby pork ribs, grilled over wood fires, will live long in the memory.
